General information
If you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 14 days of arrival. Returning your order by post or courier is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us in error. We recommend you to use a courier service which provides insurance for the value of the items you are returning, or at least provides you with proof of shipment.

We will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s) excluding shipping costs within 14 days after receiving the returned item(s). We will refund the amount to the account that was used for the payment.

Fitting the items
Within the 14 days grace period, you can use the item(s) to the extent necessary to establish the nature and characteristics in the same way that you would do in a shop. For example, you may try on the article but do not wear it outside, wash it or damage it.
When you return an item that contains signs of wear or tear, showing that you have used the item more extensively than described above, you are liable for any depreciation in the value of the item. J LABEL will deduct this from the total amount to be refunded to you.
Defective items
Apart from your right to return the item(s), by law you are entitled to a proper product. Should this not be the case, you are eligible for an exchange of the item(s) or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. If you have a complaint about a product you have purchased online, please contact us. Please provide as much information as possible, preferably including the order number(s).
If you have returned a faulty item, we will reimburse the return shipping costs on your part.
