Delivery & returns
If you wish to return your online purchase, you can return unused items within 14 days of arrival. Returning your order by post or courier is at your own expense. We are not responsible for products that are returned to us in error. We recommend you to use a courier service which provides insurance for the value of the items you are returning, or at least provides you with proof of shipment. Make sure the item(s) you want to return are unworn, properly labeled and packaged and send them with our return form.
Your package will be shipped within 1 working day after placing the order.
Your parcel will be shipped by either DPD, PostNL, Dhl or FedEx and a signature may be required upon arrival. If you are not able to take the delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a note telling you how to collect your package. Alternatively, the carrier will try two more times to deliver the package. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address and we can not ship your package again if you were not able to collect your package.
Customs and import duties
Please note that customs or import duties can be charged outside of the European Union. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies vary widely so if you require further information regarding this, we advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. Please note that if a customer refuses delivery of their parcel or if a customer fails to facilitate the delivery and the parcel is returned to us by the shipping company, all costs that we encounter will be deducted from the amount that will be refunded.
We will refund the amount paid for the returned item(s) excluding shipping costs within 14 days after receiving the returned item(s). We will refund the amount to the account that was used for the payment. If you want to exchange sizes, please write it on the return form and if available we will ship the right size to you.
Fitting the items
Within the 14 days grace period, you can use the item(s) to the extent necessary to establish the nature and characteristics in the same way that you would do in a shop. For example, you may try on the article but do not wear it outside, wash it or damage it.When you return an item that contains signs of wear or tear, showing that you have used the item more extensively than described above, you are liable for any depreciation in the value of the item.
J label will deduct this from the total amount to be refunded to you.
Apart from your right to return the item(s), by law you are entitled to a proper product. Should this not be the case, you are eligible for an exchange of the item(s) or a full refund, depending on the circumstances. If you have a complaint about a product you have purchased online, please contact us. Please provide as much information as possible, preferably including the order number(s).If you have returned a faulty item, we will reimburse the return shipping costs on your part.
